High Ridge Software LLC provides software-related services including but not limited to custom application development, maintenance, integrations, and consulting as defined in the client proposal or statement of work.
Software development is an iterative process. Timelines provided are estimates. High Ridge Software LLC is not liable for delays caused by third-party dependencies, infrastructure providers, or changes in project scope.
Services are billed according to the schedule defined in the service contract. Failure to settle invoices may result in the suspension of active work and access to related environments or deliverables.
The client must provide necessary access to systems, subject matter experts, and timely feedback. High Ridge Software LLC cannot be held responsible for issues arising from restricted access or delayed responses.
Service agreements may be terminated by either party with written notice as specified in the signed contract. Any outstanding fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.
